We still need volunteers

The Plant Exchange is getting closer. Thank you to everyone that has volunteered to help us. For those of you still considering, we could use your help on the day of the exchange.

We need volunteers for 3 shifts on the day of the exchange (March 29th):

• Early: 8:30-11:30am
• Mid-day: 11:30am-3:00pm (need lots of folks here still)
• Late: 3:00-6:00pm

If you don’t have 3 hours to spare but would like to assist, we need 4 people from 10:30am to 12:00 noon to “police” the area while we are setting up. This is new this year due to the larger location and is needed to help deal with the early bird patrons who invariably show up during set-up. With a couple of people dedicated to this we can complete our set-up more smoothly and with fewer interruptions.
