The Plant Exchange and ITK Culinary have teamed up to host a Kitchen Exchange community event. Bring kitchen items you don’t need, and swap for something you really want! Pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, appliances, bakeware – anything kitchen related that is clean and in working condition can be brought to the exchange. Chef Doug Eng from ITK will also be hosting two cooking demos! W H E N: Saturday, June 23rd 10am: Cooking Demo, Zucchini Cupcakes with Chocolate Avocado Frosting 10:30am: Cooking Demo, Veggie Fritters with Siracha Aioli 11am-1pm: Kitchen Exchange W H E R E: ITK Culinary, 1410 62nd Street, Emeryville P A R K I N G: Street parking and two public garages (62nd/Horton and 65th/Hollis). T I C K E T S: $8 per person (includes exchange admission two cooking demos, and a canvas tote bag). Tickets available here or at the door.
