Fundraiser Plant Sale and Urban Gardening Workshop on Saturday, June 9!

Do you need tips and info on how to prune your trees and plants?  Stay for The Art of Pruning on Saturday, June 9th from 2 – 4pm. Tony Wolcott, Professor of Arboriculture of the Horticulture division of the Biology Department at Diablo Valley College, will cover how trees grow, why pruning keeps trees healthier, how trees react to pruning, seasonal pruning, as well as examples of properly pruned trees.

Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door.
